Refund Policy
At Sway Creatives, every project and consultation is handled with care and intentionality. Because our services are creative and customized to each client’s specific needs, we have a no-refund policy once work has begun. However, we always strive to ensure every client feels supported and satisfied with their experience.

1. Consultations
All consultation bookings (including website design, marketing strategy, and brand identity sessions) are non-refundable once scheduled.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your session to a new date and time. Missed or same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

2. Creative Services and Projects
Because branding, design, and marketing services involve significant preparation, research, and custom deliverables, all project payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, minus any administrative or planning fees already incurred.

3. Digital Products
If Sway Creatives offers digital products (such as templates, downloads, or guides), all digital sales are final due to the nature of instant file delivery.

4. Quality and Satisfaction
We genuinely care about your experience. If you’re not satisfied with your consultation or creative service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your feedback and work with you to find a reasonable solution, such as additional revisions or credit toward future services.
